Ooaree House

Ooaree house stretches along a narrow block between Ooaree Creek and Werri Beach. It’s footprint is two parallel pavilions, linked at a central entryway. The pavilion planning allows all spaces opportunity for interrelation with the salty coastal exterior and maximising natural sun. The robust brick materiality anchors the home to its sandy site, and provides robust solidity required for the coastal environment.
